Website Terms
Draft for professional review before publication
Last updated: July 2026
This website is operated by The Trustee for Aus Wide Maintenance Trust, trading as AUS Wide Maintenance. By using it you accept these terms.
Information on this site
Content describes the services we offer generally. It is not a quotation, and safety guidance on the emergency pages is general information only — in an emergency, follow the directions of emergency services and utility providers. Nothing on this site is professional advice for your specific situation.
Quotes and engagements
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Work is engaged only when you accept a written quote, and each engagement is governed by the terms attached to that quote, including any deposit, variation and payment provisions. Where services are supplied to a consumer, Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply and nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Acceptable use
- Do not submit false, misleading or unlawful content through our forms
- Do not upload files you do not have the right to share, or that contain malicious code
- Do not attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the site
Intellectual property
Site content, branding and imagery belong to The Trustee for Aus Wide Maintenance Trust or their licensors. You may view and share links to the site; content may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
Third-party services
Payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe’s own pages, under Stripe’s terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general website content or from interruptions to website availability. Liability that cannot be excluded — including under the Australian Consumer Law — is not excluded by these terms.
Changes
These terms may be updated from time to time; the date above reflects the current version.
