For homeowners
Residential Maintenance
One number for the jobs on your list, the repairs you've been putting off, and the problems that arrive without warning.
Overview
Owning a home means a running list: the door that sticks, the grout going dark, the gutters overdue for clearing, the bathroom that needs more than a clean. Our services suit homeowners who want that list handled by one accountable provider — quoted up front, done properly, and coordinated with licensed trades where the law requires them.
Send the list, not just one job
Bundling repairs into one visit is cheaper than separate call-outs. Photograph each item and submit them together through the quote form.

FAQs
Residential Maintenance: common questions
Do I need to be home while work is done?
Not necessarily. Many homeowners hand over access for the day and receive photo updates. Agree the arrangement that suits you when the job is scheduled — keys, lockboxes and alarm codes are handled carefully and only held for the duration of the work.
Will you tell me if a job isn't worth doing?
Yes. If a repair won't hold, or replacement is cheaper than fixing, the quote says so. Work that wastes your money comes back on us eventually, so we would rather lose a small job than your confidence.
Can you help me prioritise a long list on a budget?
Yes — tell us your budget range in the quote request. We will suggest an order: safety and water-related items first, then items that worsen if left, then cosmetic work.
