When it’s urgent

  3. Install through qualified trades

    Electrical and data cabling work is completed by trades holding the appropriate licences, with compliance certificates where required.

  4. Handover and health checks

    You're shown the system on your own phone before we leave, and scheduled health checks can keep batteries, storage and firmware current.

Security Systems questions

Do you monitor alarms or CCTV?

No — we install and maintain the systems. Most modern systems notify your phone directly, and professional monitoring, where wanted, is something you arrange with a monitoring provider.

Can you install cameras in an apartment building's common areas?

Yes, with the owners corporation's approval. The quote is written so the committee or manager can approve it at one meeting, with placement shown on a simple plan.

Whose licence covers the installation work?

Each regulated part of the job — electrical connections and cabling in particular — is completed by a tradesperson holding the relevant licence, and certificates of compliance are provided where the work requires them.

Can you fix a system someone else installed?

Usually, yes. Photograph the recorder, panel and a camera or sensor, and tell us the brand if you know it. If a system is too old or proprietary to service economically, we say so and quote a replacement instead.
