My shower leaks — do I need a full renovation?

Not always. If the membrane has failed, tiles must come up in the affected area, but a targeted strip-and-reseal is often possible without renovating the whole bathroom. We diagnose first and give you both options where they exist, priced separately.

Who actually does the licensed plumbing work?

Appropriately licensed plumbers engaged as part of the coordinated job. You still deal with one point of contact and one invoice, and compliance certificates are provided for work that requires them.

How do I know if a leak is coming from the roof or a pipe?

Timing is the best clue: staining that appears after rain points to roofing or gutters, while constant or shower-linked damp points to plumbing or a failed membrane. Tell us the pattern and we test rather than guess.

Can you fix a leak affecting the unit below ours?

Yes. Inter-lot leaks usually involve both private and common property, so responsibility depends on the source. We identify the source first and provide the report the owners corporation needs to determine who pays.
