Commercial Maintenance

Repairs and upkeep for premises that have to keep trading — scheduled around your hours, documented for your records.

Overview

A shop can't close for a fortnight while trades drift through. Commercial work has to fit around trading, look professional in front of customers and staff, and leave the paperwork someone always ends up asking for. That suits retail, office, industrial and mixed-use premises, whether it's one site or a managed portfolio with work orders coming through a facilities team.

Scope with minimal disruption

Site visits are booked around your operating hours, and quotes state how the work will be staged to keep the premises usable.

Compliance-aware delivery

Licensed trades for regulated work, safe work practices on site, and documentation — including certificates of compliance where applicable — provided with the invoice.

One relationship, many trades

Rather than holding accounts with a plumber, an electrician, a painter and a handyman, commercial clients deal with one coordinated provider.

FAQs

Commercial Maintenance: common questions

Can work be done outside trading hours?

Yes — evening and weekend scheduling is quoted as part of the scope. For fit-out and refresh work, staging the job overnight or across closed days often avoids losing any trading time.

Can you invoice a head office or landlord directly?

Yes. Tell us the billing arrangement in the quote request — occupier, owner or managing agent — and quotes and invoices are addressed accordingly. We are GST-registered and issue tax invoices.

Do you carry out work under a lease make-good obligation?

Yes — end-of-lease make-good scopes such as repainting, patching, and removal of fit-out elements can be quoted from your lease schedule or the landlord's requirements list.
